December 3, 2003 – New York, NY – Executive Health Exams International, the leader in physical exams since 1913, is pleased to announce that Tomorrows Children’s Fund and the CJ Foundation for SIDS are this month’s benefactors of the Company’s 10 Rockefeller Plaza outdoor display window. Continuing its campaign to promote awareness of life threatening illness and to help save lives, Executive Health Exams began this philanthropic effort in 2003.
Traditionally focused on adult healthcare, Executive Health Exams pauses during this holiday season to recognize the importance of family by helping Tomorrows Children’s Fund and the CJ Foundation for SIDS spread their messages of hope for children. Both non-profits will share the display window, located just steps from the world famous Rockefeller Plaza Christmas Tree, in December. Both organizations are dedicated to raising awareness and funding for serious health issues afflicting children and infants…diseases like sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), cancer, and life-threatening blood disorders.
“Executive Health Exams is pleased to donate our wonderfully located display window outside of 10 Rockefeller Plaza to not-for-profit organizations who are dedicated to bringing preventive health information to combat life-threatening diseases,” explains Deborah McKeever, the Company’s president. “We are thrilled to help Tomorrows Children’s Fund and the CJ Foundation for SIDS bring awareness to important health issues facing our children, and hope that, in the spirit of the holiday, others will join us in voice and in gift.”
The window display features a “winter wonderland” theme celebrating the joy of childhood and the season. Properly swaddled and positioned dolls represent the CJ Foundation for SIDS foundation while children at play represent Tomorrows Children’s Fund. Characters in the window are stuffed animals and toys, emphasizing the playful nature of children and that children afflicted with serious diseases can have fulfilling and enjoyable lives too. Window concept and design compliments of Della Femina Rothchild Jeary & Partners Advertising with Lori Jacobs of Bloofolz, Inc. as Prop Stylist and materials donated by North American Bear Company and Helly Tineo, Venezuelan Artist and Toy Maker.
CJ Foundation for SIDS and Tomorrows Children Fund operate out of The DON IMUS-WFAN Pediatric Center Hackensack University Medical Center – 30 Prospect Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey.
