Company description:: Lake Arrowhead, CA — The Jaffe Institute raised $16,000 for Rebuilding Mountain Hearts and Lives, a Lake Arrowhead, CA recovery organization formed to mitigate damage from the fire that devastated many lives in this small California mountain town.
Rebuilding Mountain Hearts and Lives’ mission is to present a united front to local and state recovery officials and have a voice in the efforts under way to address the damage caused by the fire.
The money was raised at a sold-out benefit concert held Friday, Jan. 23 at Lake Arrowhead Resort. With over 250 people in attendance, the concert demonstrated the Jaffe Institute's tremendous show of support and affection for the inhabitants of Lake Arrowhead, who the Institute considers a part of their healing community.
The Jaffe Institute is a healing school that brings emotional, spiritual and physical healing into families, relationships, business and healthcare environments. School sessions of the Pope Valley-based institute are held quarterly at Lake Arrowhead.
The concert featured internationally acclaimed acoustic musicians and members of the school who donated their time and talents to this wonderful event. All proceeds go directly to the Rebuilding Mountain Hearts and Lives’ fund.
For those who missed the concert but would like to donate, tax-deductible contributions in any amount are appreciated.
Send donations to: S.I.L.A. - Disaster Relief Fund, c/o Lake Arrowhead Resort, P.O. Box 1699, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352.
